Sir.My self ajeet singh. age 22 year student.Before 2days i have problem that execss flow of sperm in day time through urinary not night fall before that i have never such tpye of problem. So i. Feel so tried some in body also.So please what we can do.

Your symptoms could be related to an abnormal communication (fistula). For this reason, I recommend consulting with an urologist for a physical exam and performing an ultrasound of the testicles and the urinary tract.
