General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello XXXX,
I would suggest you to take good rest and some pain killers like ibuprofen or paracetamol (OTC pain killers) but I think it's necessary that u visit an Ortho specialist and the doc will guide u about the reason for bone pain and necessary tests and treatment. unless u get treated for the cause, u will continue to have pain...Take a well balanced diet. Increase intake of calcium rich foods. Visit an orthopaedician for further assistance
