General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sorry to hear of his disease. Seizures are very unlikely to occur with her attack so it's doesn't seem to be a heart attack.

However, seizures with night sweats need proper work up. Sarcoidosis itself can cause seizures ( called neurosarcoidosis ).

Other possibilities are infections or tumours of the brain. The list of possible causes is extensive but it's least likely to be heart attack.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
