What Causes Night Sweats And Extreme Thirst After Eating?

Every time I go out to eat at a restaurant that night I end up with extreme thirst waking me several times in the night, swelling in my fingers and toes, and night sweats. I woke 7 times in the night with these symptoms last night eme and this morning I have a bad headache, probably from lack of sleep. Any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may want to note what you are eating when you go out though you would not be aware of any spices , herbs or additional ingredients that may be added.

This food diary would help you to note if there are any particular foods causing your reaction.
You may also want to consider allergy testing as well. This would also help to pinpoint any problem foods/spices.

I hope this helps
