night sweats is a matter of concern but not a cause to worry .

You must now cut down on gym and come back to normal regime of workouts - walk , exercise ,
Yoga , deep breathing - Inhale - Hold - Exhale - Hold - and
meditation and balanced diet including essential nutrients -fibers ,
vitamins ,minerals green veges , fruit ,cheese ,milk , butter milk etc for better health and maintain your weight and required strength .
