General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to recurrent upper respiratory infections(sinusitis or tonsillitis). This can give post nasal discharge and cough. Night sweats can be a sequel of this. Get an ENT consultation to rule out infection and to manage it. Taking chewable vitamin c daily is good. Keep proper oral hygiene. Check your ASO titre levels also.
Thanks.
