since january i have been having night sweats and it smells strongly of vinegar. ive tried opening windows and sometimes wear hardly anything to bed but it doesnt help. i wake up each night soaking from sweat. never had this before. any ideas will be much appreciated
Thank you for following up. I don't know your sex, that's why i will point causes in general: 1.Menopause. The hot flashes that accompany menopause in women. 2.Overeating of proteins. 3.Idiopathic hyperhidrosis(without any identifiable medical cause). 4.Tuberculosis is the infection most commonly associated with night sweats. 5.HIV infection. 6.Cancers(lymphoma). 7.Medications(Taking Antidepressants, psychiatric drugs,aspirin and acetaminophen). 8.Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar can cause sweating). 9.Hormone disorders (hyperthyroidism). 10.Neurologic conditions.
