What Causes Night Time Nausea ?

I am having nausea only at night for about a month now. I also have had numbness and unbearable pain in both arms early in the mornings. Been having pain, not a bad pain, but a nudging pain close to right rib cage. It is not my gall bladder (had tests run) and blood tests at ER all came back normal. Do i need to go see a specialist? What does this sound like to you? I also have high blood pressure.

Well come to HCM
Looking to the history given here this could be due to the Reflux of acid in esophagus and condition is called GERD (Gastroesophagus reflux disease ) if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for few weeks, try to maintain good posture during sleep because bad posture could be the reason for arm pain, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
