Hi, I had gone through your query.Ideal weight gain in pregnancy is around 8-10 kg that occurs mostly in second and third trimester. In first 4 month weight gain is hardly 1 kg or not at all due to nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. So don't worry. Eat properly.
