Sir I m suffering from night fall. Sir it was 4-5 times a month upto last week but sir it has been increased from 4-5 times to 10- 15 times . I m feeling fatigue also now a days . sir is it due to excess night fall .sir is there any solution to control night fall???
Nightfall is a normal phenomenon and no treatment is needed. Nightfall is creating a panic reaction in you causing stress which is causing fatigue. Advice a. Take high protein diet such as eggs, pulses, cheese and milk products b. Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week. The best types of exercise include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing c. Start masturbating once in a week with positive attitude. It will not harm you.
