a. Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (
clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
b. Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
c. Do not squeeze
pimples as it will cause scarring
d. Keep pimples untouched
e. Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
f. Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
g. Take high protein diet such as eggs, pulses, cheese and milk products
h. Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week. The best types of exercise for lowering BP include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing.
i. Start masturbating once in a week with positive attitude. It will not harm you. It will reduce frequency of night fall
