What Causes Nocturnal Emissions Along With Frequent Urination?

Hi, I am 24 years old. I experience a lot of pre cum after any erection or arousal, be it a full erection or half one (without ejaculating). Also I am experiencing a lot of nocturnal emissions and frequent desire to urinate. Also I feel a light pain at time below my naval. I fear that I may have prostatis Please help me out

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Frequent desire to urinate may be due to urinary tract infection.
Urinary tract infection may be accompanied by lower abdominal and low back pain.
Is the frequent desire to urinate accompanied by burning sensation while urinating?
I suggest you to take up urine routine examination along with microscopy to look for any evidence of infection.
At the same time, a semen analysis should also be done to look for any evidence of infection in semen also.
Urine infection or semen infection can be followed by culture and drug sensitivity.
If there is evidence of infection in urine or semen and culture is positive, I suggest you to consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotic to resolve the infection.
Prostatitis if present can be resolved with antibiotics only.
Release of pre-cum after any erection or arousal is normal and there is nothing to worry about it.
