Hello.sir..I m Anwar.I am 27 years old and I am also a student of MBA.I experienced that Every night my penis become strong at sleeping mood sometimes later it normal shape and in the morning some spread water come out from my penis without any pain. Is it a disease? I am always tension about it.How I do it?. I have no bad habit and no sex before. Pls Answer the question....

This is quite normal. All adult male to get an erection in the nights. Similarly, little discharge with erection is quite normal. If you are otherwise normal and no urinary burning or urgency, then you should not worry.
