What Causes Nocturnal Enuresis And Headaches Post A Concussion?
About 3 days ago I slipped and fell at work and possibly had a concussion. After the incident I noticed a change in personality, specifically irritability, and headaches and general soreness. I ve also noticed pronounced memory issues but most concerning is I wet the bed last night which is something that has never happened before. Is this normal behavior after a concussion or should it warrant another trip to the hospital?

You need to visit hospital again as these symptom are not to be taken lightly. At time there are chances of bleeding from injured area again and cause new symptom.
