What Causes Nocturnal Hyperhidrosis Postpartum?

I am 24 with a 18 month old son. For the past week or so i have been having night sweats, waking up at least damp and needing to change my clothes (the only other time i have had this was after having my son, but it was more intense then). For about the same period of time i have been feeling off , feeling nausea and every now and then a pain under my left rib that is similar to that of when i have had a kidney infection in the past, twice. (these kidney infections were a result of u.t.i. which i have been very prone to getting all my life. I do not feel like i have a u.t.i now (i know them very well now). Also might be worth mentioning is, back in November 2015, I had very intense abdominal pain, to the point it would wake me up in tears, and blood in my urine. I took 2 trips to the hospital and one to the gp in this time. Tests said i did not have a uti, i also did not have a kidney infection, or any other infection they tested my bloods for. The blood in the urine did not hurt to pass and on one urine sample i gave at the hospital they recorded 1000+ red blood cell count. The only answers i got from this was that the blood in my urine was weird , and that they thought i had a bowel infection as well as whatever was causing the blood in my urine because of where i was getting the abdominal pain (un specific apparently as it was in multiple places). They did do an ultra sound on my kidneys about 3 months after this episode in November, and tests came back normal, the only thing wrong with my kidneys is that they pass protein they shouldn t. I always have some amount of protein in my urine, my GP said that it is enough to keep an eye on with a test every 6 months or so, but not high enough to worry about at this stage. The protein in my urine has been like that for as long as i can remember, but only this year have i been told to avoid anti inflammatorys as much as possible. Since November as well, (weather this is all related or not i don t know?), I have just had really bad luck with catching bugs, colds, vomiting bugs, the runs. I feel like I have been constantly sick, when one thing passes, shortly after I seem to get something else, I haven t felt just my normal self for such a long time, Im sick of being sick and feeling tired and drained all the time. Im not sure what exactly i have been tested for but my GP did say i had been given a good work up (lots of tests) and that everything has come back in normal ranges.
