What Causes Nocturnal Hypoxemia While Having Congestive Heart Failure?

I have congestive heart failure - still going thrugh tests of process of elimination - but no answers - I have no other health issues - not diabetic, no thyroid issue - no high blood pressure - not over weight - I had a series of test regarding my lungs- lungs are ok - fluid in my lungs due to the congestive heart - I am in the process of getting a CPAC - they did see that my oxygen level goes very low in my sleep ~ could this be the reason - I understand there is another test my cardiologist can do - what question can I ask him?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a physician and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required to rule out cardiac causes as they can present with similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
