What Causes Noisy Breathing Pattern?

My left ear is acting strange all the sudden tonight, I can hear breathing with the same pattern as my heart in the same time and it was irritating but I m worry if is same kind of sickness or something else. When the AC turn on i can t no longer hear it because of the noise but when it stop, it came back. Is there s something I can recover from or not?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you can hear your inner sounds such as breathing and heartbeat because of the congestion in your ear. I think you can use Cetirizine once at night and decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine to ease the congestion. As the congestion goes away and gets better you will not hear these murmurs anymore.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
