I have developed a non-itchy rash consisting of very small raised red bumps starting on my upper back and behind my ears and spreading to my chest, face, shoulders and upper arms. The rash is scattered (in no particular pattern) and is neither itchy nor sore. I have not changed body wash, shampoo or clothing detergent lately. What could this be? Should i have it checked out by a physician?
