ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that cataract surgery not responsible for the nasal bleeding.
But in your case, if your doctor prescribed painkiller especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug then it may be responsible.

Thanks
