What Causes Nose Bleed, Dizziness And Fever Post Injury From A Fall?
My son is 1.1 years n fell from bed in morning. I picked him up n his one side of nose was bleeding. It stopped after few seconds. He cried for some time. Drank water thn took milk n slept. When woke up took food n all seemed okk. In evening he had fever about 99f. Hez not much active n dizzy too. Lil off balance also.
Since your son fell from bed and is not much active after the nose bleed. He is a little dizzy and off balance. You are suggested to get him clinically examined by a Pediatrician or an ENT to detect any internal injury or trauma. The treating doctor may recommend some blood tests and imaging tests to come to a conclusion. Get him examined so that treatment can be started if needed.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
