General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your son fell from bed and is not much active after the nose bleed. He is a little dizzy and off balance. You are suggested to get him clinically examined by a Pediatrician or an ENT to detect any internal injury or trauma. The treating doctor may recommend some blood tests and imaging tests to come to a conclusion. Get him examined so that treatment can be started if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
