What Causes Nose Bleed When I Lay Down?

Every night I get night mares so I have been staying up every 3 days then sleeping since sleeping pills make it where I just don t move in my sleep at all, yet lately when I stay up this much and lay down for even a second I get a nose bleed that last ike an hour to an houand a half why is that?

Common causes of nasal bleed are high bp, drugs like aspirin,anticoagulants,tumors inside nasal cavity,bleeding disorders.As your sleep is disturbed there is chance of high bp and hence bleeding.Consult your doctor for a bp check up first and then further investigations if needed.
