What Causes Nose Bleed With Headaches When Blood Pressure Is Elevated ?
woke up in night with nose bleed, later woke up with headache, when I got up the next morning head was still hurting within a few minutes my nose started bleeding (20 min). thirty minutes later started gushing out both sides of nostrial and out mouth, head was about to bust. Blood pressure was a little elevated.

As per your history,Increased blood pressure can cause nose bleed. while nose bleed, bend forward and pinch the nose for at least 5 mins. Apply ice over nose. You can take tab. tramexanic acid after consultation. In case of severe bleeding, consult with ENT surgeon urgently.
