What Causes Nose Bleeding After A Head Injury?

My hudband fell hit his nose and forehead. He had several stitches in his eyebrow from his metal frame eye glasses cutting into his skin. He had a bloddy nose after the fall that stopped that day. Now a month after the fall, after returning from a trip to Korea (28 hours round trip flight) a couple days being home he started having a nose bleed every night just sitting on the sofa.

injury nose and forehead can be examined for fracture. proper asceptic dressing with providone iodine can be done.bp should be checked rule out vertigo.may be related to flight condition for variation of cabin pressure. can plug ear with cotton wool.
