What Causes Nose Bleeding After A Head Injury?

I was playing basketball last Thursday and i got hit in the head. I was a little shaken up, but was fine. 2 days ago, Tuesday i started to get a headache and has not gone away since. This morning i blew my nose and there was a little blood. Is there a certain diagnosis for this? i am 31, 5'11, 160 lbs
