Hello,

You might have experienced a thyroid storm and so the TSH was nil. Nose bleeds can be caused in grace's disease. It can also be caused by methimazole infrequently. You need to report this to your treating doctor. No need to panic as you are under observation already. Methimazole and propranolol help in treating hyperactive thyroid.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
