What Causes Nose Bleeding After Undergoing Cataract Surgery?

I had surgery to remove a cataract from my left eye yesterday afternoon I woke up 3am with a nose bleed from my left nostril, I have not blown my nose. Hi,

Nose bleed is not related to cataract surgery, please get your blood pressure checked as it is the most common cause of nose bleed in elderly.
