What Causes Nose Bleeding Along With Pain In Head While On Vitamin E Supplements?

Without Doctor s prescription, i ve been taking vitamin e 400 & folic acid 5mg. Because this was recommeded by my friends who were also trying to concieve and they got lucky. I ve been trying to concieve for yeara so I have tried this vitamins because according to them, it can help me to get pregnant. So, since its only a supplement, i never bothered to consulz a doctor before taking this medicines. Now, its been 2 months when i started taking this vitamins and i observed that i have frequent nose bleeding and the right part of my head is very heavy and painful. I wanna know if my condition has something to do with the vitamins that i am taking? Also, I have pcos which another thing that makes it harder for me to concieve. Thanks

Hello
You are having PCOS , you are taking Vitamin E and Folic acid , because your friend told this thing , as she conceived for using these drugs .
Now read this carefully Vitamin potentiates anticoagulants action , large doses of Vitamin E may impair response to FOLIC cid supplements .
Vitamin E :side effects are Hypertension , myopathy ,FATIGU etc.
Since you developed intermittent bleeding per nose , so this may be due to use of E , so avoid .
However E don't have any role in infertility .
You can take folic acid but its role in infertility is dubious.
Since you are a case of infertility and also having PCOS , so in my opinion consult a gynaecologist and get his opinion .
Now a day very good effective treatment is available for infertility .
Stop self medication .
