Recently had cataract surgery in left eye. About to have cataract surgery in right eye. Live in Wisconsin where it got down to 5 to ten degrees last week. Went for walk. Didn t feel there was a problem until I stopped in office to drop off a letter. Suddenly felt difficulty in lower lip and chin while talking. Next day same thing happened while walking when another person whom I knew walked by and tried to talk to me.Reoccurred after I fell asleep afterwards and woke up. Also experienced an unexpected nose blead after waking up with an apparent sore throat and putting vaseline in my nose (my house tends to become extremely dry during the winter.
