What Causes Sore Throat And Nose Bleeding?
Hi there, for the last three or four days iv been battling a worsening sore throat. It started with one tonsil swelling up due to allergies I believe and has progressively spread and intensified making it extremely annoying to swallow and a dinner of pizza( not my idea) caused some scratching that s is making this unbearable. I n I have a prom to attend in 3 days and this morning I woke up with my uvula swolen. I have taken fair Amounts of vitamin c, contstant ibuprofen, as much water as I can stand to swallow. And lots of bed rest. Gargling with salt water and nasal sprays on the side of my head that is stopped up. And this morning when blowing my nose there was blood not much to scare me but enough to take notice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :) ... Will . Y

there may be some mucosal injury due to dryness that is caused due to infection in ur throat.
no need to worry much. if it is repeated , u can take xylometazoline nasal drops (3) twice daily.
if it reoccurs again , u need endoscopic examination.
take tab cetrizine bed time
