I have been a migraine suffer my entire adult life. I'm nearly 50 years old & now I also am having either ringing in my ears or partial hearing loss with my migraines & for up to a week afterwards. Today, out of the blue, I got a nose bleed. I don't have a migraine today, but my ears do feel a bit "muffled" when trying to watch TV or listening in conversation. Is there something wrong I should be worried about, or is this all just part of my migraines & aging?
All you described could be just due to migraine but can also happen in many other conditions. In any case since you also have nose bleed it will be definitely advisable for you to get an complete ENT examination done. ENT examination including endsocopy along with CT nose and brain so that any ominous cause can be ruled out and you can be rest assured that everything is fine.
hope this helps
