What Causes Nose Bleeding And Stomach Pain From The Navel To The Tailbone?

My step daughter has reported to her mother, my wife in the Whats-app messenger that she has bleeding from her nose some, hurting in her stomach from navel area through to her tailbone area dizziness and asks her mother what it may be that causes it .

I am sorry for the health problems your step daughter has reported to her mother, your wife. I think her case is an emergency. We should determine what is causing nose bleeding? Apart local damages of the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, it could be a systemic problem like anemia or vitamin C deficiency.

The pain she is feeling in her stomach from naval area through her tailbone could be due to incoming periods or appendicitis. I highly recommend to send her to ER, run a few diagnostic tests (blood tests) in order to determine the right diagnosis and treatment.
