What Causes Nose Bleeding In A Toddler?

My 20-month old was playing on our bed with her older sister. She rolled off and began crying. Her nose was bleeding (both nostrils). It stopped after a few minutes...we just dabbed at it with tissues. She doesn t appear to have any bumps or noticeable bruises. It has been about 1.5 hours since and she seems to be fine. Is there a need to have her checked? Its Sunday and I would need to take her to ER, if so. Or I can call her pediatrician tomorrow. Are there any signs I should look for?

Thanks for the query
If the bleeding has stopped and your baby is not having any significant signs/ symptoms (discomfort in breething/not much of tenderness/vomiting/excessive crying/excessive irritability/feeding difficulty/ any choking sensation/recurrance of bleeding) there is no need to rush to ER.
You of course can wait till tomorrow ,to call your pediatrician as it seems every thing is in control ,from your detail.
I hope my answer is helpful to you.
God bless
