What Causes Nose Bleeding While Suffering From Marcus Gunn Jaw Wink Syndrome?

My 9 yr old grandson has Marcus Gunn jaw wink syndrome. Has had his tongue clipped, his nose cauterized for nose bleeds both around age 3. He is on adhd medication. Recently after simply getting angry a few times then a couple of times for no apparent reason his nose is bleeding again. In the summer time he would get in the pool with other children and shortly his lips would be purple and is freezing. Dr said it s not his iron. Now he has had a severe sore throat with fever over the weekend. Came home from school today with whitehead blisters around bottom lip. Looks like some is starting around his nose and back of neck. I worry constantly that something is terribly wrong that they are not finding. Any ideas or suggestions.

We have to rule out possible causes like anemia and thyroid dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
