What Causes Nose Bleeding?

my friend is suffering from nose bleeding it started for abt 20 days back, it again happened after 10 days and for the third tym it happened right now. he moved to ENT doctor but he said he cant diagnose the problem.what can be the reason? whom to consult?

Causes of nose bleed include frequent finger picking,alcoholism,too cold/warm climate,a deviated spur,hypertension(controversial),drugs(antiplatelets_aspirin,cocaine inhalation),tumors,bleeding disorders etc.First of all ruling out nasal causes by endoscopy should be done.
