What Causes Nose Bleeding?

I woke up this morning and my nose was bleeding.
I have no idea why as I never happend before.The last 3 weeks I went almost every day to the gym, and also to the sauna.
Eating almost every day only fish and apples...Maybe this has something to do with it?

Hi,
This problem is called epistaxis. they are due to the bursting of a blood vessel within the nose,As in your case epistaxis is thre from 3 weeks every day ,I would suggest to go for blood pressre test once every 3 weeks.It can be due to high blood pressure,high blood pressure causes the nasal vessels to burst leading to bleeding daily.
test adviced are fasting lipid profile
bloood pressure for 3 days daily
examination of nose with nassal prongs.

Fish and apple has nothing to do with us we have to find exact cause of bleed.
