What Causes Nose Bleeds After Smoking And Drinking?

Hi, I'm 27, since past two or more years, I've been noticing that after a few drinks on a weekend and smoking ciggaretes, I get nose jams and when I blow my nose I see quite a bit of blood, blood is not dripping from my nose but I feel it is there and upon cleaning a bit of blood comes out.
Regularly I don't smoke or drink, only on weekends, no disease or injuries, generally healthy lIfestyle.

What may be the reason for my nose bleeds? Could it be serious?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the given history here I could say that if you have nasal congestion then smoking makes the congestion more solid that actually sticks to the nasal wall you blow or sneeze then bleeding is likely, better don't smoke and treat the cold condition, take care and have a nice day.
