General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the nose bleed is usually related to thin blood vessels traversing nasal septum and getting bleeding through friction erosion or pricking of nose.

However, blood from skin pores is different entity and that can be attributed to clotting factor disorders, platelet deficiency or others. Kindly get back to me with all available reports with you as the query is having some sort of mismatch data on clinical grounds.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
