Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Is it nose bleed intermittently bleeding or continuously? Are you smoker or alcoholic? Possible causes for chronic nose bleeds like telangiectasia, nasal polyps, nasal and paranasal tumor, thrombocytopenia, hypertension etc. Common causes for acute nose bleed like nose pricking, sinusitis, allergy etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Apply pressure if nose bleed is severe, if not control need nasal packing. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
