What Causes Nose Bleeds At The Age Of 16 And On Contraceptives?

I am 16 and I never have nosebleeds, my last one was when I was probably around 7. This is my third nosebleed in about 2 weeks, and 2 weeks ago I took my last antibiotic for a urine infection. Please can you help, shall I get my blood pressure taken just to be on the safe side? As I am on the contraceptive pill also.
