What Causes Nose Bleeds On Sneezing In A Person With Heart Disease?

My husband have a stent in his heart . LAD coronary heart disease in october2012. Doctor has advised him to take
Ecosprin 150 mg. occasionally his nose bleeds when he is sneezing.
I want to know the reason & what precaution you suggest me to take . He is 64 years old . He is little obese. Pl advise.

Nose bleeding commonly occurs due to high blood pressure. As he is having stent n obese already at risk. I would suggest you to visit your cordilogist. He will check all parameters like blood pressure, do some tests like ECG, ECHO N LIPID PROFILE.
Then as per his advice take the medicine.
If possible do daily exercise, avoid oily foods, take regular medicine , go for regular followup and don't stop any medicine without his advice.
