What Causes Nose Congestion?

I started having an extreme stuffed nose last February, My doctor said she couldn t help so she recommended an allergist. He ran a panel on me , it came back I was allergic to every thing. So he had a blood test run. He then said that shots would be the next step . I have felt no relief at all, I am 69 years old and have p t s d which is because of breathing. So I panic because I can t breathe. The allergist ignore my pleas for some relief . He did laser surgery on the right side of my nose and said this would help. It did and still does but is very sporadic. Now we re going to do the left side. I m worried this will not help as much as he says it will. Nothing seems to work good.

since you are already in touch with an allergist and an ENT specialist, i doubt that anything over here will help you better than what they have advised. my advise to you will be to keep your faith in the treating doctor and avoid the allergens as much as possible. some medications which i am sure would already be prescribed to you include montelukast and levocetrizine combination, a fluticasone spray and a nasal decongestant
