What Causes Nosebleeds And Leg Cramps Post Cardio Training Exercises?
ive been getting nosebleeds most of the time after cardio training or other activities that raises pressure. i am also experiencing leg/feet cramps almost every day. i believe i am eating healthy balanced diet, except maybe not drinking enough water. could that be a cause or there could be some other problem? (24years)
I can understand tour concern and assure you that i will do my best to help you. You have described two seperate entities leg cramps and nose bleeds post cardio workouts. Leg cramps could be due to your decreased fluid intake during exercise which may lead to electrolyte disturbances. For that i would suggest you to increase fluid intake with adequate electrolytes and allow proper cooling off period for muscles post workout. Nosebleeds however is a thing to be taked care if as it is not usual to ccur at your age. It may be due to other reasons like Elevated Blood Pressure or any trauma or vascular malformations. You may require to undergo some tests to rule out these conditions. I suggest you see your physician to take care of it at the earliest.
