My child is 5 years old. she started nose bleeding when she was about 2 years old. As per her pediatrician due to seasonal allergies. However this year she has been bleeding more than previous years. Today she was playing and kind of flip her head back. Came running to me complaining of head pain and her nose proceed to bleed.
The most common causes of nosebleeds are drying of the nasal membranes and nose picking. I recommend using a proper lubrication of the nasal passages and also to avoid taking antihistamines for the allergies which can cause nose bleeding.
