I'm 20 years old and weigh about 180 lbs. Lately ive been having random nosebleeds. i'll just be sitting at work or with my girlfriend and my nose will randomly just start to bleed. i know for a fact that its not do to dry cold weather since i live in florida and its summer time and it's also not due to dryness since i started using a saline solution in my nose and it hasnt helped either. what else could it be? im not on any medication.
You need to give Nasivion (Oxymetazoline) nasal drops, 3 drops thrice daily for 1 week. Sometimes, it is the dry weather which causes crusting and that causes bleeding.
You may have any nasal deviation internally which is known as spur. It may cause bleeding. You need to check your blood pressure regularly, avoid too much drinking, stress, and smoking.
If the bleeding continues for prolonged 1 week, then you need to do a diagnostic nasal endoscopy by an ENT surgeon to see if there is no other pathology.
