What Causes Numb Feeling In Right Ear And Nostril?

I have a full feeling in my right ear and my right nostril is plugged face feels a little numb aroung sinus cavity was standing talking and got light headed can you help me with what could be going on its a scary feeling like something seriuos is wrong
