my right ear hurt and feel like something is moving in it sometimes My right nostril also hurt really bad and my throat what causes these symptoms Right ear,right nostril and throat hurt. I feel nausea and weak. What could be causing these symptoms?

You might have infection in throat on right side may be due to tonsil infected on right side giving rise to referring radiating pain on that side.
Consult your doctor and go for treatment accordingly.
Do hot water gargle.
Avoid fried spicy and junk food.
