What Causes Numb Feet, Memory Problems And Heartburn In A Diabetic Person?

i have diabetes type 2 but I ve been experiencing numbness in my feet when i cross my legs my butt also goes numb when i sit to long and the back of my head goes numb.im also tired all the time and my memory has gotten bad.and heartburn so bad it takes my breath away

Use of medicines like GABAPANTINE,PREGABLIN and DULOXETINE.
Few injections of VIT B12 followed by oral VIT B12
