What Causes Numbing Sensation In Penis?

Dear Doctor, I went cycling a few days ago. Ever since then my penis has become numb/limp ad I have lost a bit of sensitivity there. I read that it is because of the compression of perennial nerves and blood vessels. I am not able to get good erections and its been almost a week. Your response would be really helpful. Hello and welcome to HCM,
Numbness, loss of sensation, inability to get a full erection could be due to nerve damage or nerve compression.
Nerve damage or nerve compression could have occurred during cycling.
A clinical assessment of the genitatlia and also the nerve supplying these structures is required in order to plan further management.
