General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Numbness and tingling in the toes, particularly at the base of the big toe and second toe, can be caused by several conditions, including peripheral neuropathy, Morton's neuroma, tarsal tunnel syndrome, and Raynaud's disease. Given that you have Raynaud's disease, the symptoms in your toes may also be related to this condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
