What Causes Numbness And Imbalance In The Feet When Diagnosed With Diabetes?
My father is 74 years old and his 50 pounds over weight. He has high blood sugar but has not high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes. He is experiencing numbness in his feet and trouble with balance. What do you think could be the cause and what physician would specialize in this problem?Thank you, Karin Telles
He is having Diabetes neuropathy. Loss of sensation in both feet, so his balance is disturbed. Control Diabetes and add vitaminsNeurobion. Since he is 70yrs better rule out Parkinson's disease consult Neurologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
